These are all ways of betting on more than one event in a single transaction.
An Accumulator is bet on four or more selections, all of which must win to gain a return.
A Heinz is a bet on six selections, any two or more of which must win to gain a return. It's called a Heinz because it consists of 57 separate bets: 15 doubles, 20 trebles, 15 fourfolds, 6 fivefolds, and a sixfold accumulator.
A Super Heinz is like a Heinz, but it consists of seven selections. This gives you 120 separate bets.
A Goliath is similar again, but it consists of eight selections. This gives you 247 separate bets.
A Union Jack is a bet on nine selections. It's set out on a 3 x 3 grid, and you win if the three bets on any one or more rows on the grid (horizontal, vertical or diagonal) win. In other words, it consists of eight trebles.
A Yankee is a bet on four selections, any two of which must win for a return. This gives you eleven separate bets: 6 doubles, 4 trebles, and a four–way accumulator.
